Terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Datablocks (datablocks.app), a service of DIGIPOD DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.L. (NIF B75924266), Calle Costa Rica 134ºA - 11, 28016 Madrid, Spain ("we"). By using Datablocks or creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service

Datablocks shows data from the Base blockchain: wallets ranked by their trading results, the trades they make, the tokens they hold and related figures. We calculate this data from public blockchain records and from third-party price sources.

Datablocks is free to use. We may change, add or remove features, or stop the service, at any time.

Not financial advice

Everything on Datablocks is general information. Nothing on it is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token or other asset. Rankings, labels such as "smart money", and figures such as PnL or win rate describe what a wallet did in the past. They do not predict what it, or a token, will do next.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all the money you put in. You alone decide what to trade and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their results. Do your own research and, if you need advice, consult a qualified professional.

Accuracy of the data

We work to keep the data correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or available at any given moment. Blockchain data can be delayed, prices can come from sources with errors, and our calculations can contain mistakes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must give a valid email address that you control and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at t.serrano@datablocks.app if you believe someone else has accessed it.

You can stop using Datablocks and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or extract data from Datablocks in bulk by automated means, or resell or republish it as a dataset or competing service;
  • interfere with the service, try to bypass its limits or security, or access it in ways we do not offer;
  • use Datablocks for anything illegal, including market manipulation or harassing any person;
  • impersonate anyone or create accounts with false information.

You may share screenshots and links to Datablocks pages, and quote individual figures with a mention of Datablocks.

Intellectual property

The Datablocks name, logo, design, software and texts belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service as offered. Blockchain data itself is public and these terms do not claim ownership of it.

Third-party services

Datablocks links to third-party sites such as block explorers and exchanges. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for any transaction you make there.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from trading or investment decisions, from errors or delays in the data, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under Spanish and European law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy and cookies policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell signed-in users by email or on the site before they apply. If you keep using Datablocks after that, you accept the new terms.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless you are a consumer, in which case you can also go to the courts of your place of residence.
